A health information management company is in need of a Remote Bilingual French Corporate Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Specialist in Raleigh.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Sourcing, attracting and selecting the best candidates who will thrive in the organization
- Participating in the development of recruitment strategies
- Collaborating with HR partners and coaching managers in regard to all aspects of hiring
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- 2+ years of technical recruitment experience
- Strong computer skills including experience using MS Office products, Applicant Tracking Systems
- Excellent analytical, research, organizational, planning teamwork skills
- Ability to influence cross functional teams, and to develop and maintain internal and external relationships
- Exceptional English and French communication, influencing and presentation skills
