A health information management company is in need of a Remote Bilingual French Corporate Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Specialist in Raleigh.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Sourcing, attracting and selecting the best candidates who will thrive in the organization
  • Participating in the development of recruitment strategies
  • Collaborating with HR partners and coaching managers in regard to all aspects of hiring

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • 2+ years of technical recruitment experience
  • Strong computer skills including experience using MS Office products, Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Excellent analytical, research, organizational, planning teamwork skills
  • Ability to influence cross functional teams, and to develop and maintain internal and external relationships
  • Exceptional English and French communication, influencing and presentation skills
