Job Summary
An international hospitality and travel industry solutions provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual French Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Ensure that their customers are gaining full benefit of the products purchased as well as to identify opportunities where other products may meet the needs of the customer
- Regularly provide their customers with proactive information on ways to optimize product use, which ultimately leads to improved revenue to the CSM’s customers and the company
- Serve as an escalation point for their customers for concerns pertaining to services purchased
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related business field required or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of combination hospitality Customer Success, hotel revenue management / eCommerce / marketing / sales or providing services and solutions to hotels via a SaaS company
- Prior experience managing and optimizing a portfolio of customers
- Demonstrated experience of achieving financial goals through portfolio management
- Proven excellent command of English and French oral and written
- Demonstrated specific knowledge related to Hotel Revenue Management and Optimization
