Job Summary
A customer-engagement services company is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual French Customer Support Intake Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing bilingual French/English customer support and account management services
- Educating callers on self-service options for future service questions
- Providing phone support to authorize purchasing, answering billing questions, and giving transaction details to carriers
Position Requirements Include:
- Bilingual (French and English) and excellent written and verbal communicator that connects well with people via phone
- High School Diploma or GED (minimum) and history of on-time attendance at a previous job
- 6 months or more of computer data entry experience with solid PC skills with Microsoft office on dual screens
- Previous Inbound call center experience to provide excellent customer service by phone with professionalism
- Able to provide a stand-alone monitor, USB corded headset, and a quiet, distraction-free home workspace
