Job Summary
An internet company is seeking a Remote Bilingual French English Customer Service Associate.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Understanding the issue and make best use of the available resources to resolve it
- Developing and/or understanding performance metrics to assist with driving business results
- Communicating with the Drivers, Customers, Customer Service Associates, Delivery Station Managers, and Delivery Associates in real time
Required Skills:
- emonstrated ability to work in a team in a very dynamic environment
- Must be fluent in French and English
- Exemplary performance record, particularly with regard to quality & productivity
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Understand and accept schedule changes due to Daylight Savings
- Good knowledge of working over internet and an ability to successfully navigate websites
