Job Summary

An internet company is seeking a Remote Bilingual French English Customer Service Associate.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Understanding the issue and make best use of the available resources to resolve it
  • Developing and/or understanding performance metrics to assist with driving business results
  • Communicating with the Drivers, Customers, Customer Service Associates, Delivery Station Managers, and Delivery Associates in real time

Required Skills:

  • Must be fluent in French and English
  • Exemplary performance record, particularly with regard to quality & productivity
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Understand and accept schedule changes due to Daylight Savings
