A professional services firm specializing in risk and strategy has an open position for a Remote Bilingual French Group Benefits Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing service support for a team of Sales Representatives Responds to advisor inquiries
- Fostering and maintaining productive relationships with plan advisors
- Researching answers to complex inquiries and/or claims issues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years experience in the Group insurance industry
- Bilingualism (French and English) is a must
- Must possess exceptional communication and analytical skills, multitasking abilities, as well as problem solving and decision making
- Proficient in Microsoft 365: Outlook, Word, Excel
- Must be a strong team player
