Job Summary

A home goods retailer has a current position open for a Remote Bilingual French Customer Service Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Conducting side-by-side observations and quality assurance
  • Supervising consultants answering calls and emails from customers seeking assistance
  • Managing a team of 12-18 bilingual consultants at varying skill levels

Qualifications Include:

  • Must be fluent in French
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent customer-facing and management work experience
  • Proven ability to close performance gaps
  • Proven ability to successfully provide relevant and immediate feedback
