Job Summary
A tutoring company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual French Speaking Account Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Serving as the lead point of contact for client account matters
- Assessing and understanding the needs of our clients to help build a long-term relationship
- Managing client records and ensuring proper follow up
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Fluent written and verbal French
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time
- Bachelor level degree in any major
- Solid experience with CRM software
