Job Summary
A computer software company has an open position for a Remote Bilingual French Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Establishing a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with clients, and drive continued value of our products and services
- Owning overall relationship with multiple biopharma clients
- Collaborating and sharing feedback with cross-functional teams to enhance ongoing product development efforts
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 20% travel required
- Fluent in French (written and spoken)
- Interest in delivering strategic consulting and best in class support for our offerings to Life Sciences clients
- 5-7 years experience working in Customer Success or Client Services for an Enterprise SaaS company
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Track record of success in a results-driven, fast-paced environment
