Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Remote Bilingual French Merchant Support Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Provide clear, prompt, detailed, empathetic, and business-oriented support to our merchants
  • Become familiar with the company's product and assist merchants in resolving basic to complex inquiries via email, and phones
  • Work with merchants to understand how they use company services, and provide valuable feedback to Product and Development teams

Qualifications Include:

  • Fluency in written and spoken English and French
  • Proven success in a fast-paced support environment
  • Prove exceptional writing capabilities to provide clear and empathetic business support through email and phone
  • Demonstrated strong verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical instructions and troubleshoot via phone support
  • Ability to summarize technical merchant issues into notes that are readable by other parties
  • Ability to de-escalate situations while showing empathy
