Job Summary
A nonprofit organization has an open position for a Remote Bilingual French Monitoring and Reporting Consultant.
Must be able to:
- Identify existing monitoring mechanisms
- Develop results framework
- Monitor implementation plan including tools and methodology
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

- Ability to review, organize and draft engaging and profiles
- 7+ years professional experience in M&E for peace and security and crisis contexts
- Ability to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders
- Experience in developing multi-stakeholder monitoring frameworks
