Job Summary

A digital customer engagement services company has a current position open for a Remote Bilingual French or German or English MMORPG Social Media Moderator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Assist and guide customers to the right answers
• Be communicative with Management and team members
• Help customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services

Qualifications for this position include:

• English, French, or German native level speaker
• Must be able to write custom responses using proper grammar and spelling
• Ability to work 15 hours per week (minimum)
