Job Summary

A workforce management solutions company is seeking a Remote Bilingual French or German or Spanish Management Solutions Customer Support Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing outstanding service
  • Answering customer and employee calls, emails, community posts
  • Owning the resolution to the problem

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Speaking, Reading and Writing in English is required
  • 1+ years' experience providing customer support, by phone, email
  • Excellent social skills, with a bias towards customer service
  • Experience using current Microsoft Windows operating systems
  • Knowledge of iOS and Apple Hardware
