Job Summary
A workforce management solutions company is seeking a Remote Bilingual French or German or Spanish Management Solutions Customer Support Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing outstanding service
- Answering customer and employee calls, emails, community posts
- Owning the resolution to the problem
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Speaking, Reading and Writing in English is required
- 1+ years' experience providing customer support, by phone, email
- Excellent social skills, with a bias towards customer service
- Experience using current Microsoft Windows operating systems
- Knowledge of iOS and Apple Hardware
