A human resources software developer is seeking a Remote Bilingual French Payroll Compliance Software Development Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing timely and professional direct support (phone and email) to customers
  • Providing insights about recurring issues and update existing processes
  • Leading communication plan for clients regarding payroll legislation changes in France

Required Skills:

  • Bilingual French
  • Minimum 3 years of experience processing French payroll
  • Experience with payroll legislation, benefit providers, unions and all year-end filing
  • Understanding of French collective bargaining agreements
  • Relevant French Payroll certification or training
