Job Summary

To provide exceptional customer service, the part-time hourly Remote Bilingual French Customer Service Representative will handle inquiries, maximize sales opportunities, and maintain accurate customer records while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
• Maximize sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
• Document and update customer records based on interactions

Required qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Canadian French (written and verbal)
• Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a call center environment
• High school diploma required; college education preferred
• Experience with luxury brand products and home appliances
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues
