Job Summary
A customer relationship management organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bilingual French Roadside Assistance Customer Care Representative in Rockleigh.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate towing and roadside services for owners
- Provide highest level of customer support through omni-channel solution (voice calls, emails, chat, and SMS)
- Answer questions to Volvo Car owners and prospects about product purchase or familiarization
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bilingual Canadian French is a must, must be able to pass written and oral assessments in both languages
- Prior customer service experience required; prior roadside dispatching preferred
- Experience working from home for at least one year is required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required
- Proficient with use of technology, systems, and software
