Job Summary
An information technology and services company is in need of a Remote Bilingual French Technical Service Desk Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Resetting passwords
- Providing General IT end-user support
- Utilizing excellent customer service skills and exceed customers' expectations
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3-6+ months' experience in a Service Desk or technical support role
- Experience/Education Required
- 1+ years' of customer service experience in a professional industry
