Job Summary
A non-profit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual French Water Programs Associate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Know the status of hundreds of water projects and will keep our records accurate, up to date, and accessible for the rest of the organization
- Manage and monitor grants by tracking the status of projects and maintaining historical records
- Review partner proposals each half-year and partner reporting each quarter including ensuring clear communication of all revisions with partners
Skills and Requirements Include:
- French proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Demonstrated superb organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to schedule and facilitate meetings, draft meeting minutes and team presentations, and monitor action items from both team and partner meetings
- Ability to process reports and helping in the process of drafting grant agreements
