Job Summary
A software development company has a current position open for a Remote Bilingual German Human Resources Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the entire recruiting process of our positions
- Set up a hiring plan with founders & teams
- Work on final employee onboarding
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Are happy with English as our Company language but you also speak German
- Have already successfully implemented employer branding activities
- Have been working in a startup environment and know how to recruit (international) talent
- At least 5+ years experience as a recruiter or in a people role
