Job Summary
A bilateral trade organization is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual German Order Processing Coordinator in Chicago.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Entering new customer orders into the system
- Checking and confirming pricing and discount levels
- Clarifying open questions with customer when required
Position Requirements Include:
- Good awareness of customer needs and problem solving skill sets
- Must be fluent in English, and have German as 2nd language
- Knowledge of a mainframe business system / order mgmt. platform, CRM software, & Internet
