Job Summary

A leader in intelligent audio solutions needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual German Support Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing Tier 1 technical support and solutions to customers
  • Educating customers on website tools and resources
  • Documenting all customer contact information, customer requests, and support issues

Required Skills:

  • Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred, or a combination of some college and relevant experience
  • 2 years proven customer service experience
  • Experience supporting B2C customers within a high contact support center
  • Experienced and effective in conflict resolution and relationship management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
