Job Summary

A data transcription and annotation company is seeking a Remote Bilingual German Technical Translator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide translation and localization services in the IT sectors
  • Provide IT translations and SW localisation
  • Provide linguistic review and QA

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Native in German with a degree in Applied Linguistics, Translation or equivalent experience
  • IT skilled with knowledge and experience of SDL Studio and CAT tools
  • Editorial and/or journalistic skills and up-to-date with language and terminology trends
  • Comfortable with technology
  • Demonstrated aptitude to independently learn new technologies
  • Understanding and attitude to work within a confidential environment
