Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Contact Center Agent.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Interact by phone with providers and members
  • Perform research on billing inquires and claims
  • Handle and resolve customer's complaints

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution OR equivalent working experience
  • Experience navigating through system applications on a desktop computer
  • Work experience in a face to face or call center environment
  • Fluency in English and either: Russian, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hindi, Bengali, Urdu, Korean or Spanish
