Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Interact by phone with providers and members
- Perform research on billing inquires and claims
- Handle and resolve customer's complaints
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution OR equivalent working experience
- Experience navigating through system applications on a desktop computer
