Job Summary
A senior living company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Answering incoming phone calls, emails, contacts as requests coming into the Hub
- Ensuring appropriate and timely documentation of all updates, encounters and communication
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma or Equivalency
- Minimum of one year experience working in a call center environment
- Outstanding customer service orientation, especially in telephone and written communications
