Job Summary

A healthcare and senior living company is in need of a Remote Bilingual Healthcare Inbound Call Center Representative.

Must be able to:

• Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and contacts
• Review, process, schedule and authorize orders
• Effectively coordinate the scheduling of participants’ appointments

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalency
• 1 year of experience working in a call center environment
• Excellent organizational and communication experience
