Job Summary
A telecommunications company has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Hindi Television Customer Experience Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Communicate the value of our products
- Provide solutions for customer needs and technical issues
- Establish long-term customer relationships
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Six months customer service and troubleshooting experience and/or training
- Ability to navigate company programs in English while speaking in Hindi and English
- Ability to work and remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift
- Tech savviness with the ability to smoothly operate Windows OS desktop computer
- Ability to multi-task
