Job Summary

A telecommunications company has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Hindi Television Customer Experience Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Communicate the value of our products
Provide solutions for customer needs and technical issues
Establish long-term customer relationships

Qualifications for this position include:

High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Six months customer service and troubleshooting experience and/or training
Ability to navigate company programs in English while speaking in Hindi and English
Ability to work and remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift
Tech savviness with the ability to smoothly operate Windows OS desktop computer
Ability to multi-task
