Job Summary
A web-based portal that allows users to share their knowledge has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Italian Community Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Helping attract, encourage, build, and manage Italian writer community
- Managing, communicating with, and educating the key users
- Providing direct support to our users and serving as a go-to person for our external and internal stakeholders
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelors Degree
- Mastery of the Italian language
- Experience growing and managing online communities
- Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs
- Data-driven and goal-orientated approach
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
