Job Summary

A company that provides a hotel search platform needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual Italian or Spanish Customer Escalations Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Provide phone support to customers and hotel partners
  • Resolve billing and booking issues in a real-time
  • Make judgement calls in high pressure situations

Qualifications for this position include:
