Job Summary
A company that provides a hotel search platform needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual Italian or Spanish Customer Escalations Representative.
Must be able to:
- Provide phone support to customers and hotel partners
- Resolve billing and booking issues in a real-time
- Make judgement calls in high pressure situations
Qualifications for this position include:
- Native or Full professional fluency in Italian or Spanish
- At least one year of high-volume call center experience in a metric-driven environment is required
- Tech-savvy and proficient with iPhone and Android
- A strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service at a customer-oriented business
- Strong understanding of financial implications
