Job Summary

A experience management software development company has a current position open for a Remote Bilingual Japanese Cloud Operations Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Execute technical and commercial operations of appropriate service catalogs
  • Perform service deployments in high-availability production environments
  • Identify and manage resolution of technical issues on production cloud systems

Qualifications Include:

  • Business level understanding of written and spoken Japanese
  • Experience with execution of regular systems health monitoring
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud environments specifics
  • Experience in system automation, preferably using PowerShell and/or C#
  • 3 or more years of experience in enterprise software development, technical support, IT Operations or similar
  • Hands-on experience in identifying, recording and tracking bug reports for Development teams
