Job Summary
A global healthcare company is seeking a Remote Bilingual Japanese Healthcare Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Answering incoming phone calls from customers and identify billing, elligibility and payment needs
- Taking ownership of customer issues via complete resolution on behalf of the customer in real time
- Meeting the performance goals of efficiency, accuracy, quality, member satisfaction and attendance
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bilingual fluency in English and Japanese
- A high school diploma/GED (or higher) OR 10+ years of equivalent working experience
- Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts within our hours of operation including the training period
- Must successfully complete the Customer Service training classes and demonstrate proficiency of the material
- 1+ years prior experience in an office setting, call center setting or phone support role
