A digital customer engagement services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual Japanese Music Streaming Chat Customer Support Representative.
Must be able to:
- Provide world-class support
- Assist and guide customers to the right answers
- Help customers understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services
