Job Summary
A food source transparency company is seeking a Remote Bilingual Japanese Senior Wagyu Category Manager in Seattle.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building and managing supply to monthly demand forecasts
- Developing and owning the Japanese Wagyu category strategy
- Managing and negotiating vendor costs, promotion funding, product assortment, and allocation to hit monthly revenue goals
Qualifications for this position include:
- Japanese language proficiency
- Minimum of 5-7 years of delivering double-digit revenue and margin growth in a Direct to Consumer retail business
- Minimum 3 years of category management experience
- Bachelor's Degree or advanced degree
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Advanced Excel skills
