Job Summary

A global technology consulting firm has a current position open for a Remote Bilingual Japanese Technical Support Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Support account management experience preferably with Enterprise customers
  • Perform risk assessment and mitigation planning
  • Work with customers in high stress situations on complex problems

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Read, write, and speak Japanese
  • Knowledge of NAS and/or SAN storage and surrounding infrastructure
  • Knowledge of Network architectures including the roles of routers, switches and protocols
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Enterprise operating systems and applications
  • Knowledge of RAID and storage systems
  • Knowledge of UNIX/LINUX/AIX/HP-UX configuration and administration
