Job Summary
A global technology consulting firm has a current position open for a Remote Bilingual Japanese Technical Support Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Support account management experience preferably with Enterprise customers
- Perform risk assessment and mitigation planning
- Work with customers in high stress situations on complex problems
Qualifications for this position include:
- Read, write, and speak Japanese
- Knowledge of NAS and/or SAN storage and surrounding infrastructure
- Knowledge of Network architectures including the roles of routers, switches and protocols
- Knowledge of Microsoft Enterprise operating systems and applications
- Knowledge of RAID and storage systems
- Knowledge of UNIX/LINUX/AIX/HP-UX configuration and administration
