Job Summary

A translation services provider is seeking a Remote Bilingual Japanese Video Medical Interpreter.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Providing effective video and audio remote interpreting service for consumers
• Completing video, audio and platform training
• Participating in ongoing quality assurance and call monitoring programs

Required Skills:

• Fluent and strong verbal communication skills in both source and target language
• At least 2-5 years of community/medical interpreting experience
• Certifications such as those endorsed by NCHI and NBCM
• Credentialed in medical interpreting
• Strong aptitude and passion for customer service and interpreting
• Extensive knowledge of code of ethics and standards of practice
