Job Summary
A learning company is seeking a Remote Bilingual Kiswahili Educational Scriptwriter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Brainstorm and outline story ideas for client projects and learning shows
- Translating of any written content when needed
- Writing song lyrics, treatments, reports, blogs and other materials as needed
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum Diploma or BA degree in any field involving essay or creative writing or
- Proof of creative writing skills including but not limited to scripts, books, and portfolio of essays
- 1 year’s experience of working in a similar environment
- Ownership of projects including debriefing with team members
- Ability to learn new software and research techniques as needed
- Ability to relate to kids and be able to see things from a child’s eye
