Job Summary
A translation service provider is seeking a Remote Bilingual Korean Customer Service Interpreter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Conducting intake/scripting for each client
- Answering all client calls in a professional manner, relaying first name and interpreter ID for every call
- Rendering correct concepts and meanings between the speakers, maintaining correct grammar, clarity, and tone between languages
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Full fluency in English in addition to your mother tongue
- Customer Service experience
- 1+ years of professional telephone interpreting experience
- Very good cultural understanding and ability to clearly explain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication
- Very good ability to remain neutral and objective during calls
- Excellent accuracy - listening, memory retention
