A health insurance provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual Korean Health Insurance Member Services Coordinator.

Support inbound/outbound phone calls from members or providers
Accurately document all member or provider calls
Engage and collaborate with other departments

Skills and Requirements Include:

Bilingual and fluent in Korean
