Job Summary
A health insurance provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bilingual Korean Health Insurance Member Services Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting inbound/outbound phone calls from members or providers
- Accurately documenting all member or provider calls
- Engaging and collaborating with other departments
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bilingual and fluent in Korean and English
- Computer skills including word processing and excel
- Must have at least a High School diploma
- Must have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must understand and comply with HIPAA (patient privacy) regulations
