Job Summary

A health insurance provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bilingual Korean Health Insurance Member Services Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting inbound/outbound phone calls from members or providers
• Accurately documenting all member or provider calls
• Engaging and collaborating with other departments

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Bilingual and fluent in Korean and English
• Computer skills including word processing and excel
• Must have at least a High School diploma
• Must have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Must understand and comply with HIPAA (patient privacy) regulations
