• Bilingual with the ability to speak, read and write in both English and Korean without limitations or assistance
• Prior experience using multiple applications/software and multiple screens simultaneously
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime, nights, and weekends as needed to meet business demands
• High-speed cable or DSL Internet connection that must be hard-wired to the computer
