Job Summary
A health insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Korean or Vietnamese Telephonic Care Navigator in the Atlanta Area.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Identifying gaps in compliance with letters
- Acting as a subject matter expert
- Maintaining knowledge of state rules, contracts and federal legislation/regulations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1+ years of call center and / or telephonic customer service experience
- 1+ years of professional experience in an office setting
- 1+ years of Healthcare / insurance experience and/or Social work / community outreach / advocacy experience
- 1+ years of experience in analyzing and solving customer problems
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- Bilingual fluency in Korean / Vietnamese
