Job Summary

A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bilingual Korean Product Support Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Delivering outstanding multi-channel customer support
  • Reproducing product issues
  • Identifying customer needs and translate user insights into a better product experience

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Native-level fluency, both written and spoken, in English and Korean
  • Good understanding of at least 2 of macOS, Windows, Android, or iOS
  • Excellent writing skills with an articulate, conversational style
  • Demonstrated passion for customer care
  • Enthusiasm about working in an international, multi-cultural environment
