Job Summary
A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bilingual Korean Product Support Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Delivering outstanding multi-channel customer support
- Reproducing product issues
- Identifying customer needs and translate user insights into a better product experience
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Native-level fluency, both written and spoken, in English and Korean
- Good understanding of at least 2 of macOS, Windows, Android, or iOS
- Excellent writing skills with an articulate, conversational style
- Demonstrated passion for customer care
- Enthusiasm about working in an international, multi-cultural environment
