A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Bilingual Korean Senior Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Responding to incoming customer service requests, both verbal and written
- Solving problems systematically, using sound business judgment
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- Bilingual fluency in English/Korean
- 2+ years of basic proficiency with Windows PC applications
- 4+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems
