Job Summary
An open publishing platform has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Latin American Spanish Translator.
Must be able to:
- Translate English webcomics of various genres
- Create and update the name list of all characters and locations, as well as significant series-specific jargon
- Communicate with localization team about relevant progress or issues through designated channels
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High level of proficiency in English and Spanish languages
- Cultural fluency in both the cultures of the creator as well as the audience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and adhere to strict deadlines
