Job Summary
A digital language education company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual Mandarin Chinese Product Design Director.
Must be able to:
- Lead/build the product design function and global team of product designers
- Lead the design of components, features, and layouts with a focus on Parent, Student, and Teacher usability
- Develop new products in collaboration with our Product and Curriculum teams to expand our product pipeline
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 8+ years of proven and effective people management experience with a Product Design team
- Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese
- Strong design portfolio with examples of UX and strategic thinking
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking practices
- Demonstrated expertise in high-level product design strategy
- Ability to contribute to a unique design culture and attract world class talent
