A staffing agency is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Mandarin Chinese Senior Mortgage Loan Processor in San Jose.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Reviewing files for accuracy and completeness
- Analyzing documentation and verifying qualification and eligibility
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English
- Proficient in computer skills
- 3 years in processing FHA, VA, Fannie Mae and FHLMC loan programs
- Knowledge and understanding of Conforming, Jumbo and Government first Trust Deed loans
- Must maintain current knowledge for regulatory compliance
