Job Summary
A financial solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual Mandarin Customer Service Representative in Houston.
Must be able to:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls
- Perform data entry related to a new program
- Provide prompt and accurate information in a courteous manner
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must reside within 1-1.5 hours of Houston, TX for computer equipment pick up
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual (fluent in both Mandarin and English)
- Experience in servicing customers with professionalism, diplomacy and consideration
- Some completed college coursework will serve as substitute for work experience
