Job Summary

A financial solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual Mandarin Customer Service Representative in Houston.

Must be able to:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls
  • Perform data entry related to a new program
  • Provide prompt and accurate information in a courteous manner

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Must reside within 1-1.5 hours of Houston, TX for computer equipment pick up
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bilingual (fluent in both Mandarin and English)
  • Experience in servicing customers with professionalism, diplomacy and consideration
  • Some completed college coursework will serve as substitute for work experience
