Job Summary

An asset management and business processing solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Mandarin Customer Service Representative in Phoenix.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls and perform data entry related to a new program
  • Assist customers by researching their account
  • Provide prompt and accurate information in a courteous and professional manner

Position Requirements Include:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Must be bilingual (fluent in both Mandarin and English)
  • Experience in servicing customers with professionalism, diplomacy and consideration
  • Excellent PC and internet navigation skills
  • Must have landline phone or cell phone and be able to download an app on a Smartphone or tablet
