Job Summary
An asset management and business processing solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Mandarin Customer Service Representative in Phoenix.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls and perform data entry related to a new program
- Assist customers by researching their account
- Provide prompt and accurate information in a courteous and professional manner
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Must be bilingual (fluent in both Mandarin and English)
- Experience in servicing customers with professionalism, diplomacy and consideration
- Excellent PC and internet navigation skills
- Must have landline phone or cell phone and be able to download an app on a Smartphone or tablet
