Job Summary
A company that provides a decentralized Oracle network is in need of a Remote Bilingual Mandarin Decentralized Finance Platform Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Owning the relationship with customers at various stages of their lifecycle post-close
- Serving as a representative of our customers back to internal cross-functional teams
- Partnering with customers to define success and build a joint plan with identified objectives
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years of work experience in a customer-facing and/or client services role
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Understanding of and experience in the DeFi industry
- Understanding of and experience in decentralized finance protocols and data oracle technology
