Job Summary
A telecommunications company has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Mandarin English Customer Experience Representative in Littleton.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Educating and offer existing customers additional programming, and promoting products and services
- Assisting customers with orders, changing programming packages, equipment upgrades, and educating customers
- Accepting payments by a variety of methods
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Hire training will be conducted on-site and last 5 weeks. After the new hire period, a minimum of 1 on-site workday per quarter
- Proficiently utilize Windows OS (XP, 7, 8, 10) and internet search engines
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Ability to problem solve and use resources on proprietary software/tools
- Bilingual Mandarin
- Internet provider that's not fixed wireless or satellite
