Job Summary

A facilities maintenance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bilingual Mandarin Facilities Maintenance Customer Service Representative in Newport.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Answering back to back calls
  • Effectively handling high volumes of inbound and outbound customer calls, including escalations
  • Navigating a computerized system for responding to and/or troubleshooting customer questions

Position Requirements Include:

  • Must be able to attend our office in Newport, KY for training purposes
  • Must be bilingual - positions available for Mandarin speaking individuals
  • Ability to build rapport and relationships with customers and clients alike
  • Strong communication and multi-tasking skills
