Job Summary
A facilities maintenance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bilingual Mandarin Facilities Maintenance Customer Service Representative in Newport.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering back to back calls
- Effectively handling high volumes of inbound and outbound customer calls, including escalations
- Navigating a computerized system for responding to and/or troubleshooting customer questions
Position Requirements Include:
- Must be able to attend our office in Newport, KY for training purposes
- Must be bilingual - positions available for Mandarin speaking individuals
- Ability to build rapport and relationships with customers and clients alike
- Strong communication and multi-tasking skills
