Job Summary
A real estate software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual Mandarin Financial Technology Customer Success Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Work with renters, brokers and leasing offices to close deals and drive revenue
- Audit closed deals to ensure that it’s aligned with underwriting guidelines
- Gather data from inbound communications to help inform business decisions regarding how to improve customer service processes
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Amazing customer service skills: positive attitude with an exceptional demeanor on the phone, over email, and in-person
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work on a team with frequent, structured communication
- Ability to work one weekend day per week, with one day off during the 5-day) work week
